I'd say the 10 most critical takeaways I have from this course are

This entails comprehending the organization's mission, values, goals, and objectives. As a leader, it is critical to clearly articulate the vision and demonstrate how the proposed changes will enable the organization to achieve its goals. By doing so, one can effectively communicate the importance of the change to all stakeholders involved. 2. Comprehension of the potential impact of change. In order to effectively lead, it is imperative to possess the ability to foresee and prepare for any potential risks or challenges that may arise as a result of a proposed change. This requires a thorough analysis of the organization's current processes and systems, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the potential impact the proposed change may have on the organization's people, processes, and culture.
