On June Seventh and June Eighth, Mr. Clark rented room 16 at your Inn while visiting the area.On the second morning Mr. Clark informed you that he had awoken with what appeared to be insect bites on his arm, legs, chest and neck.Upon said notice, you encourage him to close the window at sunset to avoid mosquitoes. As you are now aware, the room was completely infested with bedbugs and Mr. Clark suffered countless bites due to the infection.
In failing to move Mr. Clark to another room for the second night stay, The Dewdrop Inn and yourself, as proprietor, breeched the obligation to provide habitable, clean and reasonable safe lodging to your guest's.
The Dewdrop Inn, it's owners and employees were aware, or should halve been aware of the presence of bedbugs in your establishment. At the very least, Mr. Clerk should've been moved to another room for the second nights' accommodations which may have significantly reduced the number of bites and lessen the severity of Mr. Clarks' injuries.
The injuries and damages resulting from the above-named incident were caused solely by The Dewdrop Inns negligence, recklessness and capable conduct in failing to maintain the premises in reasonable safe condition.
