Additional Information: Although Julio had his best year since being with the company the downturn has severely impacted both his ability to perform as well as his motivation and overall demeanor. Team Member B: Jamal * Role: Machinist (Operations) . Years with Company: 18 Performance: Last year's performance earned Jamal a 2% merit pay raise. . Additional Information: Jamal has always been a consistent performer with a positive demeanor, but of late you have noticed increased tardiness/absence as well as lack of focus.
