As a result of the increase in the price of pepper in the world market the sellers in the Malaysia have more incentives to increase their revenue because of the higher world price. As a result of this higher world price the increase the supply of paper in their economy at the price which is above the equilibrium level the domestic quantity supplied is greater than the domestic quantity demanded of pepper in the market. This means that there is surplus of pepper in the market and hence this surplus paper has to be sold as exports in the world economy. 80 we can say that there is direct relationship between the price of pepper in the world market and export of paper from Malaysia because higher paper price in the world market leads to the increase in the export of pepper from Malaysia
