In your discussion post you talked about how being understaffed and not having the appropriate number of resources gave you a negative experience. This reminds me of something I see a lot. I work in the fire service. My department has mutual aid agreements with a lot of volunteer departments in our area. They depend on us heavily for support with all of their fires. It just makes me think about situations that could happen in their areas if my department was not in the position to give them aid
