Provide a critical discussion of the strengths and limitations of both distributed and servant leadership theories from empirical literature with intext and full references. Also help me to write personal reflection explaining why both theories are informative to own educational leadership theory and practices and how we may mitigate some of the limitations of the theories within our own practice with references of empirical literatures and practical examples.
