Identify the key materials, components, and steps involved in the production process. Consider aspects such as raw material sourcing, assembly, quality control, and packaging. Provide a clear overview of the entire process by specifically doing the following:

2.1 Map the production process. You may use any technique but be sure to use the correct symbols for presenting each step of the process. Make sure you indicate raw materials and finished goods inventory in the process. Be sure to make reference to the customer decoupling point in the process.

2.2 Describe how the manufacturing process in the chosen factory is organized. Is it for example a production line, assembly line, work center, or a combination of these?

3. Analyse the production process of your chosen product as follows:

3.1 Estimate the required production capacity in terms of units produced per day or week 3.2 Identify the key resources needed for production, such as labor, machinery, and facilities. 3.3 Discuss any potential bottlenecks in the production process and suggest strategies to mitigate them.
