There are many components to a transaction, and I want to understand the process. As I aim to reach the third floor of the home where the business degree is awarded, I must climb up the stairs and take each step slowly as a way to obtain knowledge and expand my passion for helping people as a real estate broker.

As I paint my past retail experience as a sales associate on the wall, I aim to utilize these abilities in new circumstances. I acquired communication skills through watching colleagues and their negotiation tactics to use with customers to aid their needs. I decided to continue working in the business field, therefore I can add another layer of paint for immersing myself in the real estate field. My dedication to real estate blossoms as I realize that I can continue to support people experiencing tough situations, like marriage separation, and assist with their stress. After bringing meals to elderly individuals throughout high school, I witnessed the beneficial impacts of my actions and continue to do so in Madison through Business, Badgers, and Beyond. With a business degree, I can provide credibility that I am prepared to work at top firms to provide insight to clients and assist in alleviating their circumstances.
As president of my high schools Religious Affinity Group, it was my responsibility to provide a space where each member felt comfortable sharing their opinions. Through weekly meetings with set rules, listening policies, and civil discussions we spoke to improve the political climate on campus and decided to create a message through art. We choreographed a dance piece, together, to portray all of our perspectives and performed in front of the entire student body, leading to positive dialogue. I recommended we focus on digital platforms and the responses of the clients on their experience working with the agent. I began social media pages and was able to broaden our audience outside of our immediate community using niche hashtags and trending content. I would suggest sending a survey to clients where they can write about their experience working with the agent. This will help with networking and referrals to friends and family.
