Provide peer review for the following responses

1. What is the impact of culture on the degree that organizational behavior is ethical?

The culture of an organization is the core value and beliefs of the organization. The more an organization emphasize on their core believe and values, then the strong the culture is. For example, the US Navy made sure anyone who wants to join the navy or that's already in the navy understand their core values are Honor, Courage and Commitment, all sailors must abide these values.

2. What examples of utilitarianism, the moral philosophy, in action within your organization?

Utilitarianism believes they should make decisions if the greatest number of people in the society benefits from it. In the bank to get a cashier's check normally is $15 dollar fee per check, and if you want to rent a safety deposit box, it could cost $60 and up per year. But if you have more than $10,000 in your bank account, you will be considered a "Preferred Rewards Member," in other words so you are considered as a VIP member. When you are enrolled as a "Preferred Reward Member" you do not need to pay for the $15 dollar fee for a cashier's check, or even pay to rent a small safety deposit box. So the rich people are staying rich by saving money on lots of fees but the less fortunate people have to pay more for the same type of service.

3. Which of the moral philosophies do you personally favor? How does it impact your decisions?

In my personal opinion the most favorable moral philosophy is virtue ethics. A virtue represents an acquired disposition valued as a part of an individual's character. A person with the virtue of honesty will be disposed to tell the truth because it is considered to be the right thing to do. Unlike other moral philosophies people make their decisions based on if it benefits themselves and others or because they are worried about the consequence if they do not act ethically.
