I gained a better understanding once I began using them daily. As a Future Operation (FUOPS) NCOIC, the daily interaction with various service branches and organizations is standard practice. Strategic operations are practiced daily, especially in problem-solving and unexpected occurrences, such as a unit changing its arrival or departure time outside of the window due to unforeseen circumstances. Interorganizational/interagency cooperation and coordination at the strategic and operational levels can be highly effective but also present challenges. Real-world examples are NATO missions. Over 140,00 military personnel are engaged in NATO missions worldwide (NATO Operations and Missions, n.d.). Operational art and design can also be used regularly in my daily activities. For operations to be successful, specific objectives must be set, resources must be allocated, and tactics to be used are introduced to accomplish immediate or short-term military goals. Successful daily operations involve coordinating with our enterprise partners to ensure that command goals are met.
