Providing timely feedback to employees is definitely very important and helps to encourage good behavior while correcting poor behaviors. Most feedback is given annually but some organizations go a step further and provide performance feedback regularly i.e. 30 and 90 day appraisals. My previous organization added mid-year reviews to the performance appraisal process. What are the pros and cons to this approach?
