2.24. Write pseudocode to sum consecutive whole numbers by use of a loop. Let MIN and MAX be the lowest whole number and the highest possible whole number, respectively, of those to be summed, and let MIN and MAX be user- provided. Sum until either the percent increase in the new sum compared to the immediately preceding sum is less than 0.01%, or until MAX is included as the last number in the sum, whichever comes first
