Psychological Bias at Work in Job Search

Decision makers are far from objective in the way they gather, evaluate, and apply information in making their choices. People have biases that interfere with objective rationality. This will impact the way in which we conduct various activities, such as job searches. In this activity, you will consider the job search experiences of several individuals, and identify the psychological barrier to effective decision making that is operating to inhibit their respective job search.
