Public Comment to Proposed Rule

Review a currently proposed rule (i.e., ANPRM, NPRM, NPA) related to unmanned space systems under 14CFR Parts 400-460. Then discuss what public comment you would submit for one specific issue following the public comment template. If the proposed rule does not address the unmanned aspect of space systems, then comment on how you would amend the language to do so. The links provided below are to the repository of FAA Advance/Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (A/NPRM) documents. These are draft rules that may potentially change the language of the official Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) and have been published in the Federal Register for public comment. (If there are no active ANPRM or NPRM related to space systems, you can select one that has been closed for comment but not yet enacted).
