Purchaser's Protection refer to s 52A(3) Conveyancing Act 1919 (NSW)

The purchaser need not make separate enquiries of the authorities responsible for the issue of the certificates attached to the contract of sale prior to exchange of contracts or expiry of the cooling off period. Under s 52A(3) of theprotection is provided for purchasers and mortgagees.
