Also describe how knowing your personality code can help you be an effective supervisor from the standpoint of dealing with information and making decisions. Use examples. Identify your Animal Personality (use the Animal Personality Word document). Remember you will have a primary and secondary animal. Describe how your animal will approach supervising or leading others including strengths and weaknesses. Behavior and Orientation (DISC & Holland) Identify your primary and secondary DISC traits (videos can help).
