The paper should contain the following headings in bold: Personality Big Five -- Identify two of the five traits. Describe how these traits can help you as a current student and future supervisor. Myers-Briggs -- Identify your 4-letter code (video can help). Explain how the code can help you understand a past supervisor or teacher. Also describe how knowing your personality code can help you be an effective supervisor from the standpoint of dealing with information and making decisions. Use examples. Identify your Animal Personality (use the Animal Personality Word document). Remember you will have a primary and secondary animal. Describe how your animal will approach supervising or leading others including strengths and weaknesses. Behavior and Orientation (DISC & Holland) Identify your primary and secondary DISC traits (videos can help). Explain how you can use the DISC matrix (active/reflective and task/people) in supervising and leading people. Use examples. Identify your three-letter code from Hollands Six Orientations (use the Self-directed search Excel file and Career Interest Game). Describe how your personality types can help you excel in a supervisory or leadership positions. Use examples. Explain how understanding your personality can help you be successful in your chosen career. Brain Dominance Identify your brain dominance (left A & B) or (right D & C). Please use the Brain Dominance and Thinking Word document. Follow the instructions. Describe your understanding of your brain dominance and how it can help you in organizing your studies. What aspects of your brain thinking can contribute to being a successful supervisor? Use examples.
