Purpose: Before exploring the field of psychopathology, it is important to understand your own theories and beliefs about psychological health. By considering your response to the proposed models and discussing them with your classmates, you will gain insight into how others reason about psychological health and update your own model as you see fit.

Post (due Friday by 11:59 pm CST): Is your conceptual framework for determining what a psychologically whole person is like a Christian one or another type of paradigm? Please describe your preferred model of psychological health; then name and explain at least three characteristics of a psychologically mature individual as delineated by one or more key expert(s) in the field --such as Dr. Les Carter, Dr. McMinn or Peter Scazzero-- learned in this week's Required Readings or Resources. (Of course you are free to utilize Recommended Readings or Resources as well.)
