Purpose of the Study

The prime purpose of this research is to find the most critical strategies adopted to enhance workplace diversity, examine the different ways of dealing with workplace difference and provide management with the necessary guidelines for effective diversity management in small and large organizations.People sometimes fail to realize the full purpose when it pertains to employment and cultural diversity.America was established on the principle that people from anywhere were welcome to come here to live in peace and harmony without persecution. In the workplace, the effects of cultural diversity take on a different meaning to those who are not a part of the majority (Smith, 2016).Understanding cultural differences and how they impact the workforce, the differences in communication and how diversity affects the operational policies of an organization is key to building a productive workplace (Dike, 2016).
