A qualitative study design will be used in which narrative data will be collected and analyzed to determine the impact and disparities when an organization invests more into new employees than long term employees when it relates to compensation and growth. The data will represent the impact on new and long-term employees when it comes to growth with the organization. The qualitative data will be gathered exploring the disparities between both new and long-term associates by interviewing managers, recruiters, long-term and new employees. The reason for using this form of data understand feedback from all parties who are affected and to develop an in-depth understanding of the disparities that hurts the organization.
