Purpose:

Strategic communication is a powerful tool that leaders use to motivate and lead people as well as run organizations. Effective leadership is done through systematically creating messaging that aligns with the audience, but also through using effective leadership tactics that show people you care. To be an effective leader, a person must be able to adapt to different scenarios and situations while using strategic communication.

Directions:

You will research different communication styles and demonstrate how they can be effective in achieving different leadership goals. Leadership goals generally include: adhering to ethical and legal guidelines, aligning to organizational objectives, and promoting internal goodwill and morale.

Next, you will make a PowerPoint presentation that includes your research on leadership.
