Scenario For both parts of this assessment task, imagine you are applying for a graduate job at either Zara owned by Inditex or the Costa Group. As part of the application process, you are asked to complete a report examining certain aspects of its management and organisation. DO NOT MAKE DIRECT CONTACT WITH EITHER ORGANISATION Requirements The following information is quite detailed. Purpose: This assessment requires you to learn and show the University academics skills of: citing and referencing using APA7 finding appropriate information using information from reputable sources to build your reasoning and support your claims . presenting your knowledge of management theories and concepts in a formal structured way . checking your final submission meets criteria shown in the assignment rubric This assessment will help you develop your: . skills in finding relevant management theory and concepts in the textbook and peer reviewed Management journal articles . writing of a 500-word mini-essay using management concepts to identify, define, explain, analyse, evaluate, and relate to management and organisations in real-life organisations . plans for your Final Business Report by preparing an A1.2 draft Table of Contents (TOC) . APA7 citing and referencing skills required in MMM132Task 1 (A1.1.1): Summarise what makes up an organisation's general environment. Then identify 1-2 recent sociocultural trend(s) that may have affected business decisions at either Zara Inditex or the Costa Group and evaluate the company's response(s) to those trend(s). Begin your research by reading pp. 38-41 of the textbook*.
