PURPOSE

The purpose of this assignment is to develop learners' ability to identify and analyze the causes of low job satisfaction from an organisational behavior perspective and suggest how managers can increase job satisfaction. 

REQUIREMENT

Select an organization and identify the causes of low job satisfaction amongst its employees. Analyse these causes from the organisational behavior perspective and suggest how the managers can increase the level of job satisfaction amongst the employees.
