The purpose of this assignment is to enhance learners' understanding on communication and controlling in organisations.

Organisational control involves verbal and physical communications with the aim of overcoming resistance while exercising authority over others. Issues in communication has resulted in difficulties in organisations. These issues become the barriers to communication which can distort the communication process within an organisation. Recognition of these barriers and effective solutions can significantly enhance the working conditions, culture and sales of the organisations. Management control is important in organisations. Different types of controls are suitable to be implemented by organisations under different circumstances.
