Purpose

The purpose of this assignment is to give you the opportunity to prepare a project plan for the individual project on which you are working.

A few tips to consider while designing and your own project plan:

• Your project plan is the document that tells the story about how you plan to deliver agreed-upon results for your project, including the timing, duration, team, and goals. It's a snapshot of all you intend to do on your project.
• Your plan should clearly outline the scope of work, success factors/ performance indicators, key milestones/deliverables, risks, your contingency plans, constraints and assumptions, a financial plan, and last, but not least, a communication plan.
• Optional: You can use any PM tool, e.g., MS Excel, Smartsheet, Trello, or MS Project to project schedule.
