Use the R program $$Exercise $2$ example.R$$ as a guide to build an R program using the Hawaii.csv data to answer the parts of this exercise. Remember the Hawaiian data is observed monthlly beginning with January, $1970.$ Be sure and adjust the labels of your graphs appropriately.

$($a$)$ Cut and paste the month$-$by$-$year $($Buys$-$Ballot$)$ graph for the Hawaiian data and report it here.

$($b$)$ Cut and paste the Seasonal Subseries graph for the Hawaiian data and report it here.

$($c$)$ Given what you see in the graphs of parts $($a$)$ and $($b$),$ explain to me which months are $$strong$$ within the year and which months are, relatively speaking, $$weak$.$
