Find the average yearly change in North Carolina's population during the Baby Boomers generation (years from 1946 and 1965 (indusive)) and the average yearly change in North Carolina population for the Millennials generation (years from 1981 and 1997 (inclusive)). You should round to the nearest whole number. Note that birth years for baby boomers actually end in 1964 and for millenials in 1996. We are using the one year later for the end years in the population data so that we can look at the population growth from 1964-1965 and 1996-1997 as well. Hint: Think of the steps you need to do and try to put them in an order that makes sense. Hint In a previous assignment you used a function that calculated the differences between adjacent values in an array [62]
