2. Rock, Paper, Scissors (20 points:) In this problem, we will design a simple Rock, Paper and Scissors game that can be played with the computer. For those unfamiliar with the game, please read this Wikipedia article. In its simplest terms, two players decide to choose rock, paper or scissors simultaneously.
