How can I convert degrees into pixels on python program? for example, a latitude and longitude in degrees are entered by a user and I need to convert it into pixels to plot the points in the image?

The left edge of the map is 95 degrees west while its right edge is at 50 degrees west. The bottom edge of the map is at 10 degrees north while its top edge is at 35 degrees north.

The height of the map(image) = 620, the width = 1022.
