Q$1.$ Check password

Some websites impose certain rules for passwords. Write a set of functions that checks whether an input string is a valid password. Suppose the password rules are as follows:

A password must have at least eight characters.

A password consists of only letters, digits and symbols #$,$ &

A password must contain at least two digits.

A password must start with a letter or a digit only

A password should contain at least one of the symbols # or &

A password should not contain the same letter in succession

Write a MATLAB program that prompts the user to enter a password and displays Valid Password if the rules are followed or Invalid Password otherwise.
