Q No 2. We recruited full-time employees from a moderately large company in China. The condentiality of employees responses was assured. A total of 200 employees agreed to participate. This study took place across two stages, two weeks apart. In stage1, all employees were given a booklet including three dierent tasks: a measure of narcissism, incivility manipulation, and measures of discrete emotions. In stage2,the human resources managers distributed questionnaires to the employees who had completed the initial survey to measure their family satisfaction and demographic information including age, gender, organizational tenure, marital status, and number of children. Participants were given 30 min to complete the tasks in stage 1 and 15 min to complete the measurements in stage 2.
