We are going to use the O sort method to prioritize our projects so we can accomplish the work over a period of time Our company was recently notified that we failed an EPA inspection on our ar fitration system We discovered that the system is irreperable so we must replace it If we do not meet the deadline the EPA set our compeny could face major fines or worse it could be shut down indefinitely in addition, we were recently notified of a change in city ordinance requiring al businesses within the city limits to have sidewalks. We were told that if we do not have sidewales in place with 8 weaks we wil befined. Smoking Area High Priority Low Priority Our CEO Just came back from a technology conference in Las Veges. He was so excited to come back and tell us that he has placed a priority on solar panel instalation. While the solar panels are not a necessty the boss wants them and as he put it the sooner the better Resurface Parking Lot Air Filtration System High Priority Medium Priority Low Priority We have always wanted a lunch area for all workers so they can go outside and enjoy their lunch break under the beautiful blue skies. When our workers that smoke found out that we may install an outside lunch are they requested a smoking area as well We have employees that have been complaining about the roughness of the surface in the employee parking area. We decided to inspect the parking lot and found several potholes in this scenario we have discovered several projects. We know that we have limited resources so we need to prioritize the projects based on categories.
