  2. TeeBee 12 Inc. a Nova Scotia corporation is controlled and managed by its Boston Massachusetts parent corporation, Hoody Inc.

  3. Buckeye Sports Equipment is a water and snow ski manufacturing corporation based in Ohio and operates a branch in Whisler BC that employs sales staff, holds inventory, and sells to the Canadian consumers. The employees at Whisler are Canadian citizens.

  1. Sol (short on luck) Greene is an American citizen who normally resides in San Francisco California and has extensive American income from his tech valley job. As a result of a significant ski accident, Sol spends the last six-and-a-half months of 2020 in Whisler BC recovering from his injuries and working remotely for his US employer, from Whisler

  2. Lucky Larry lives and works in Wawa Ontario. Larry has lived his entire life in Wawa. On June 29th 2020 he receives some bonds, shares and the deed to a villa in Malta from his Uncle Leo in Malta who has passed away. All of these items in total value 100,000 Euros. During 2020 these items generate 2,000 Euro interest, 1,000 Euro of dividends and rents of 3,500 Euros. These monies were reinvested in Maltese bonds.
