Q3. Pat inherits a large and dilapidated house which is situated in Northern Ireland from his Mother. He moves in and decides to have substantial renovations carried out by 'We Build Anything Ltd' a local Company that specialises in renovating old property. Whilst these alterations are in progress, Pat decides to hold a party to welcome his new neighbours. Alan and his five year old daughter Sophie attend. Sophie becomes bored. She wanders into a room marked 'Danger-Do-Not-Enter', where she is injured. Alan, while looking for Sophie in that room, turns on a light switch that has not been completely finished and suffers an electrical shock. Fred, who is aware that Pat's Mother kept a good wine cellar, goes down to the cellar intending to help himself to some wine, but slips on a cork on the steps and injures his left leg and arm. Advise Alan, Sophie and Fred of any possible legal action they may be able to take against Pat. Illustrate your answer with appropriate case law and legislative provisions
