Q3. Pat inherits a large and dilapidated house which is situated in Northern Ireland from his Mother. He moves in and decides to have substantial renovations carried out by 'We Build Anything Ltd' a local Company that specialises in renovating old property. Whilst these alterations are in progress, Pat decides to hold a party to welcome his new neighbours. Alan and his five year old daughter Sophie attend. Sophie becomes bored. She wanders into a room marked 'Danger-Do-Not-Enter', where she is injured. Alan, while looking for Sophie in that room, turns on a light switch that has not been completely finished and suffers an electrical shock. Fred, who is aware that Pat's Mother kept a good wine cellar, goes down to the cellar intending to help himself to some wine, but slips on a cork on the steps and injures his left leg and arm.
