Both proposals are: Proposal 1: The installation phase will cost RM40,000 in year 1 and RM60,000 in year 2. This solar installation will result in supplying electrical energy of RM20,000 in year 3 to year 4, RM30,000 in year 5, and amounts increasing by RM3,000 each year through year 8. This proposal comes with free maintenance. Proposal 2: For this proposal, the installation phase will take 3 years. The installation will cost RM17,000 from year 1 to year 3. This investment will result in supplying electrical energy of RM19,000 starting from year 2 to year 8. This proposal requires minimal maintenance which is free maintenance for early 4 years and pay the annual maintenance cost of RM1,800 starting at year 5 till the end.
