The requirements of the packaging plant system are listed below: - The packaging plant is situated in a remote area of the industrial complex - The central embedded system and the packaging plant embedded system communicate only via wireless means. - The bandwidth of the wireless channel is 2 kbps. - Maintenance of optimum temperature inside the packaging plant should be the crux of design. - The temperature monitoring requires use of five (5) different temperature sensors placed at different locations in the packaging room. - The temperature sensors give an analog output ranging from 0V to 4.5V depending upon the temperature in the room. - At each corner of the packaging room four large fans are provided to control the temperature. The speed of the fan is dependent upon the room temperature. When the temperature increases the speed of the fan increases accordingly and viceversa.
