Q6. You are 4 months (end of month 4) into a 7-month commercial renovation project for one of Suncor's (The Bow") floor renovations. The original budget is $150,000 and you have completed 40% of the work. At this time, you should have completed 57% of the work. Actual costs to date are $90,000 and you just found out that there is a mold issue with the drywall and needs to be fixed (it's a health regulation issue which has to be addressed regardless of budget constrains, otherwise work cannot continue). The cost will be $9,000. This cost of mold remediation is above and beyond and could not had been predicted beforehand. This will add 2 weeks to your schedule. (10 points) One of the reasons that you are overbudget is the fact that you have had to pay higher labor costs due to a mini labor shortage happening in Alberta. This is expected to continue for the forceable future. Calculate BAC, BCWP, ACWP, EAC, ETC and CPI (to 3 decimal points) as of end of month 4. How many months will it take to complete the project (##.## format)
