Quality reports and test and evaluation documents describe the areas included in the Quality reports, stakeholders and how will these reports be communicated to ensure corrective action is taken and recorded in the Project Plans. Why should test and evaluation form a main area of the reports? Updates to the Triple Constraints-Can you link your quality issues and improvements to the triple constraints? Provide an example of how the Quality aspect affects this area. Issue log-What will the issues log provide for team members in the management and execution of project activities?
