Garima is the staff who provides a different activities like wheel chair like ball throwing games ,bingo,showing movies Caseworker 2 - Suman the staff who deals with the client for the referral cases according to the needs of the client. Ashmita service center where i am providing express delivery of case management, it is providing a different day activities of the clients from the different cultural background. The complex case where caseworkers are managing is a client in a wheelchair stuck in the van while bringing the client to the day program as the leg holder of the wheelchair was stuck in the door and the back door couldn't be opened.
