(this is the problem on Ch4 page 266-267) To get the correct answer the poisson distribution function gives you the cumulative distribution from 0 to 1 call you want the probability of more than 1, which is 2 or more, hence the 1-poissoncdf. When the question asks more than you use the cumulative distribution function, but you need to do 1-poissoncdf(.75.1). You want the probability of 2 to infinity minus the probability of O and 1calls. If you are using a TI Nspire you will enter 1-poisscdf(0.75,0.1) to get the 0.1734 number
