Note 2: From 29.12.2019 to 1.1.2020. Hetty went back to Indonesia to celebrate her sister's wedding. Hetty is leaving Malaysia permanently at 12:30 pm on 30.9.2021. Required: i. Ascertain the residence status of Hetty for the years of assessment 2013 to 2021. Give reasons and state the relevant provisions of the Income Tax Act 1967 to support your answer.
