During the operation, Ted, one of the surgical technicians, notices a distinct tattoo on George's arm. While George is under anesthesia and without his permission, Ted takes a picture of George's tattoo. Ted posts the picture of the tattoo which includes George's face on social media. The picture is passed around the internet with disparaging remarks being made about George and his tattoo.
