(a) Sam is the operations manager in Syarikat SSSS. He believes that the threat of intentional act is more hazardous than unintentional acts due to the intent to destroy or harm the organization. He also thinks that threats of unintentional acts are limited to human errors and therefore data entry controls are sufficient to prevent threats of unintentional acts. Training and supervision by superiors would be unnecessary. Do you agree with Sam's view? Critique Sam's view.

(b) Computer fraud is any fraud, which requires the use of computer technology in its perpetration, investigation and/or persecution. Training is one of the ways to deter computer fraud. Reflect how training will be able to prevent computer fraud.
