The following trial balance has been The following additional information is also provided at the 30th of June 2022 : (1) The business received a bill for the electricity used during the month of June for $200. At the 30th of June, 2022 nothing had been recorded yet and nothing has been paid yet for the electricity bill. (2) The owner checked how much supplies had been used for the year (that is what has been used so far). The owner checked and found that at the end of June 2022 a total of \$280 of supplies had not been used so far. The rest of the supplies had been used during the period. (3) Insurance of $600 per month was paid using cash for 6 months on the 1st of February 2022. The insurance was for the period 1/2/2231/7/22. (4) The business has paid advertising of $800 per month for 11 months on the 1st of April 2022. The advertising will start from the 1st of April and is for the same amount every month. (5) One customer has paid $3,000 cash in advance to the business for some inventory on the 15th of June 2022 . The delivery will occur in two stages. 25% of the sale was delivered in June 2022 and the 75% will be delivered to the customer in July 2022. (6) It is estimated that 2.4% of the Accounts Receivable Balance at the 30th of June 2022 is unlikely to be collected from customers. (7) The owner paid $6,600 cash for 10 months' rent on the 29th of January 2022. The rent is the same amount for each month starting from the 1st of February 2022. (8) The business paid $300 for the telephone bill on the 30th of June 2022 for the month of June. The bill was received on the 26th of June and was recorded by the business as Telephone Payable on the 26th of June. Nothing has been recorded yet for the $300 paid on the 30th of June. (9) Sales were made to a customer on the 30th of June 2022 worth $750. The customer paid $200 cash on the 30th of June and the rest of the $750 will be paid in July 2022 . Nothing has been recorded yet for the $750 of sales made and the cash received on the 30th of June. (10) The business purchased equipment on the 30th of June 2022 and paid a deposit of $20,000 cash. The equipment cost $45,000 and the $25,000 still owing was paid for using a loan taken out from a bank. (11) Depreciation expense for Buildings for the period was $10,500 and $8,600 for the Equipment. Nothing has been recorded yet for depreciation.
