Her credit limit is RM10,000 but she has not charged that much since opening the account In reviewing July's statement she notices that her beginning balance was RM7,500 on the 16th July 2019. On 4th July 2019, Amanda bought a Lenovo Notebook priced at RM4,200 on an easy payment plan using her Citibank VisaCard by spreading the price into 12 equal payments. The first payment had been effected on the purchase date while the subsequent payments will be debited to her Citibank VisaCard on every 4th of the consecutive months. On 9th July 2019, Amanda received a call from Citibank VisaCard centre advising her that the bank had agreed to refund RM300 being annual fee wrongly debited to her account in June 2019. The refund would be credited to her account on 31st July 2019.
