Question #3:

Nosy Neighbor likes to walk his dog so he can check out what his neighbors are doing. Frustrated that he can't get a good look into his neighbor's house from the sidewalk, Nosy decides to fly a drone with a video recorder closer to his neighbor's house. Nosy flies the drone over a property fence, across 50 feet of grass and landscaping, and hovers it outside of a closed window. Alarmed, the home owner comes out of the house and shoots down the drone with a BB gun before Nosy can fly it away. The homeowner refuses to give the drone back to Nosy.
