Question 1 Ms Soa Rajah. an MBA 2 shade-m, is performing a research whose objective is to analyze factors affecting mobile payment services in Tanzania. She had four specic objectives which were to: i. assess the influence of security and reliability in adoption of mobile payment services in Tanzania: ii. assess the inuence of cost-effectiveness of mobile payment services in adoption of mobile payment systems in Tanzania; iii. assess the inuence of ease to use of mobile payment services in adoption of mobile payment systems in Tanzania; and iv. assess the inuence of consumer and merchant acceptance of mobile payment services in Tanzania. Aer literature review. Ms Soa created the conceptual framework. She collected data and analyzed data using regression analysis.
