His benefit in the For-long Provident Fund on 1 March 2021 was R760,000.00. On 31 December 2022, he left Astro (Pty) Ltd and started working for Startup (Pty) Ltd. He transferred his total benefit of R875,000.00 to the REtireWell Provident Fund in which Startup (Pty) Ltd participated. The normal retirement age for both Startup (Pty) Ltd and the REtireWell Provident Fund is 65, and the early retirement age is 60. On 31 July 2024, he resigned to start his own business. He has not taken his resignation benefit in the REtireWell Provident Fund yet. The value of that benefit is currently R1,045,00000. The 1 March 2021 benefit of R760,000.00 increased to R800,000.00 to date, and the R875,000.00 benefit grew to R900,000.00.
