Less efficient in managing inventories lead to excess inventory in the store, not enough inventory that need to be display and placed in shelf and high inventory return to suppliers due to expired, damaged goods and also overstock. You as a senior executive at Tesco been assign to identify the poor inventory management at Tesco Y20 store.

Analyze the weakness at the store and impose / develop some promotion actives and suggestion to improve the customer satisfaction with Tesco. The ideas should increase the profitability and productivity of the company.
