Raikal and Roni are the only shareholders and directors of Global Market Sdn Bhd. The company is engaged in the business of supplying paper and stationery products to the local market. The company's business is successful and has prospered financially.

However, early this year, Raikal and Roni had a big quarrel over personal matters which has remained unresolved to date. Continuous dissension between them has become evident that they currently refuse to speak to each other.
