The following information is available for Nakutumbas Accounting & Tax consultancy ltd, a company that specialise in accounting and taxation for the year ended 28 February 2018.
1. Employees benefit
All employees that work for Nakutumbas Accounting & Tax consultancy ltd have been employed since incorporation of the company in 2008, except for Pietade, who was employed from 1 September 2017.
All employees are entitled to two days leave per month employed at Nakutumbas Accounting & Tax consultancy ltd. The company applies the first in first out method on leave taken by employees. The leave transferred from the previous year is therefore taken first. Leave not taken during a financial year, up to a maximum of six days, can be transferred to the following financial year. The remaining portion that is not carried forward is forfeited. The leave carried forward should be taken within the first three months of the following financial year. If not taken, it will be paid out in cash to employees on 1 June of each year. No leave was paid out by Nakutumbas Accounting & Tax consultancy ltd during the financial year ended 28 February 2018.

The accrual for leave on 28 February 2017 was N$8347.
Employees are entitled to a thirteenth cheque on 28 February of every financial year. This bonus is proportioned based on the number of months employed in a specific financial year. Due to cash flow difficulties that Nakutumbas Accounting and Tax consultancy ltd experienced, the directors of the company announced that bonuses will not be paid out on 28 February 2018, but only later when suffient cash is available.
Fransina convinced the directors that she urgently needed funds and received her full bonus for the year ended 28 February 2018, as well as N$5620 of her bonus for the financial year ending 28 February 2019. Both the current and the portion of the following years bonuses for Fransina were paid out on 28 February 2018.
